You can pre-purchase basic camping for your arrival date, but that does not assign a specific physical site. Basic sites are chosen only after check-in, first-paid, first-served.

Yes. Camp Scholler registration begins in late June, and Express Arrival runs July 15–19. Watch for setup restrictions in specific areas during that window.

For basic sites, unused days may be refunded — less the 3-day minimum — if you request it in person at checkout. Water and electric sites don't refund unused days.

Yes in Camp Scholler (leash, three max, out of shower/toilet buildings). No in aircraft camping. No on the convention grounds unless the animal is an ADA-defined service animal — emotional support animals don't qualify for grounds access.

Yes. Camping fees are not admission. You still need the proper daily or weekly AirVenture wristband for flightline access and event attendance.

You can request it with an optional N or S sign, but marshals place aircraft based on operational demand. Show the standard GAC or GAP sign first.

No. EAA opens facilities as sections fill, not on preset dates. Bias your site toward the market clusters if easy walks matter to you.

Use the EAA app, EAA OSHALERT text alerts, the public-address system, and NOAA Weather Radio on 162.500. County outdoor sirens exist too but are meant mainly for people outdoors.
